Child Pornography Possession & Distribution

The client was indicted with numerous child pornography offenses related to images found on electronic devices seized pursuant to a search warrant. After reviewing the pertinent discovery materials, Attorney Nemecek filed a Motion to Suppress all evidence seized in connection with the search warrant, arguing, inter alia, that the search warrant Affidavit failed to establish probable cause. The State conceded that the search warrant Affidavit was deficient and agreed to dismiss all child pornography offenses.
