Online Sexual Exploitation of Minor

The client was indicted on multiple counts of Coercion or Enticement, which stemmed from allegations that he had been communicating with – and receiving sexually explicit materials from – minors. Given the particular issues and complexities of the case, the client decided to retain Friedman Nemecek Long & Grant to assist with preparing and presenting a defense to the charges. After reviewing the pertinent discovery materials, the defense identified several issues with the Government’s investigation and the evidence that had been collected.
