Based upon the information uncovered, the clients’ timeline of events, as well as an administered polygraph examination, the law firm presented all uncovered exculpatory evidence and information to refute the accuser’s narrative to the Investigating Officer and the State of Ohio. Based upon the defense presentation, the State of Ohio declined to present the case to the Grand Jury and charges were not filed.
